۸-تعصبات هادم بنیان انسانی است
۹-تعلیم و تربیت عمومی و اجباری
۱۰-صلح عمومی و بیت العدل اعظم و محکمه کبری
۱۱-تعدیل معیشت و حل مشاکل اقتصادی
۱۲-عالم بشری محتاج به نفثات روح القدس است
